一般口頭発表 (Oral presentation @ general session)

【演者へのお願い】
口頭発表では、ご自身のPCを使用してご発表をお願いします。10分前までには来場して頂き、セッション開始前に、作動確認をお願いします。

  1. OneDrive等ではなく、あらかじめPCにご自身の発表ファイルを保存しておいて下さい。
  2. 全ての会場ではHDMIを利用します。コネクターはご自身でご準備ください。
  3. 一般口頭発表の時間は14分(発表10分、質疑4分)です(1 鈴:8 分、2 鈴:10 分、3 鈴:14 分)。
    3鈴後、速 やかに次講演者へ交代をお願いします。発表は日本語または英語で行なってくださ い。
    スライドを 作成する際はカラーユニバーサルデザインについてご配慮ください。

  4. スライドの表記は、可能な限り英語を推奨致します。

【For speakers】
Please use your own PC for your presentation. Please come to the presentation room by 10 min before your presentation and confirm whether your PC can work before start of your session (e.g., on break time).

  1. Please keep your presentation file on your PC but not on OneDrive when you make presentation.
  2. HDMI is prepared for connecting your PC in all room. Please prepare the connector for HDMI by yourself.
  3. You have 14 minutes (10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion) (1st Bell: 8 minutes, 2nd Bell: 10 minutes, 3rd Bell: 14 minutes). After the 3rd Bell, please finish your presentation and switch to the next speaker. When preparing slides, please take color universal design into consideration.

【座長へのお願い】
座長受付は設けておりません。セッション開始までに直接会場へお越し下さい。セッションは定刻で講演を進行するよう努めて頂き、遅れた場合は討論時間を短縮する等、適宜ご対応下さい。

ポスター発表 (poster presentation)

本大会では、優れた研究発表に対してポスター発表賞を、博士号取得者若手研究者枠、博士課程枠、修士学士課程枠の３つの枠で設けます。
本ポスター賞はJSMEとASMEの連名で行い、国際学会発表優秀ポスター発表賞に該当します。是非、英語でのポスター作成を強く推奨致します。

【発表者へのお願い】
全てのポスター発表者は、28日と29日の両方で発表して頂きます。
ポスターパネルのサイズは W 1,000 × H 2,400 mmとなります。このサイズに収まるようにポスターをご準備ください(参考: A0 サイズ, 841×1,189mm）。貼り付けシールは大会で用意いたします。ポスターの掲示は11/28(火) 9:00以降可能です。

撤去は11/29(水) 15:30までにお願いします。11/29(水) 17:00以降に残っているポスターは処分させていただくことがあります。

質疑応答を行うための発表コアタイムを以下のように設けます。11/28(火)および11/29(水)にそれぞれコアタイムがあり、合計2回、ポスターボードの前でご発表下さい。コアタイムの欠席等はご発表者の判断にお任せしますので、大会実行委員会への連絡は不要です。

【For Poster presenter】

At this conference, poster presentation awards will be given for outstanding research presentations in three slots: Young Researchers, Doctoral Course students, and Master&Bachelor’s students slots.

This poster award will be given jointly by JSME and ASME, and corresponds to the International Conference Presentation Award for Excellent Poster Presentation.

All poster-presenters have to make poster-presentation on both 28th and 29th.
The poster panel size is W 1,000 × H 2,400 mm. Please prepare your poster to fit within this size (A0 size, 841 x 1,189 mm). The conference committee will provide tapes. Posters can be displayed from 9:00 on 11/28 (Tue.). Posters must be removed by 15:30 on November 29 (Wed.). Posters left after 17:00 on 11/29 (Wed.) may be discarded.

The core time for Q&A sessions will be held on 11/28 and 11/29.

発表要領、進行はコンビナーの指示に従ってください。 なお、会場ではHDMIをご自身のPCに接続してご使用いただけます。
